The NRD Richmond CPOA is made up of Chief Petty Officer's throughout the Districts territory. The geographic make up of our Chiefs come from Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, & North Carolina.

Our Mission: To faciliate a strong bond between our Chiefs Mess and individual messes in our region.
